The Homeii (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on or through The Homeii infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information (as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it (e.g., URL of the specific page).
  • Your contact information, including name, address, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. To be valid, the counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or if outside the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where The Homeii may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, The Homeii may terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Notice from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
